“ Food was excellent; lasted two days. I had chicken ramen and some fried chicken wings. The ramen was the best. ”
“ This review is for the salmon poke bowl and the spicy California roll. I'll have to update it if I ever visit in person to try their ramen; I just can't do takeout ramen since it never tastes the same as dining in. The salmon poke bowl is huge and comes with a generous amount of salmon. Honestly, I wish there was a mix of fish because it was a bit too much salmon for me. The one thing I really wish it had was seaweed salad; it would have added a nice touch. As for the spicy California roll, I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered it mainly to compare with another spot's version, and this one might actually be the best. I'll definitely be ordering from here again! ”
“ Great food Great vibe Fast service This my go to ramen spot. Prices are fantastic There's something for everyone Located in bixby knolls Great area ”
“ Ramen Bub & Sushi in Long Beach offers late night sushi and ramen. The vibes here are excellent and they have many food options. I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and tornado potato deal. The service was fast and the food was piping hot. The ramen noodles were tasty and the broth was definitely satisfying in the cold night. The pork was very tender and melts in your mouth. The potato corner was seasoned wonderfully and was a fun food item. I would recommend this spot ”
“ I got the tonkotsu ramen and a roll of sushi (forgot to take pic). The ramen I would give a 3.5/5, it wasn't terrible but not the best. The broth was kinda salty, and the chasu was okay. But I can't complain as they were open late. The sushi was much better which is funny as the place is called "Ramen Hub" lol. That being said I would come back if I needed a late night bite. ”
“ I've dined here many times with friends and family. The $1.50 sake bombs are what brings the big group, but the Ramen is the real deal for me. I recently had to eliminate spicy foods from my diet, and I'm glad that Ramen hub makes a spice free ramen. It's delicious and doesn't leave me missing the spice or flavors at all. The prices are very reasonable and there is a diverse menu with options for everyone. Parking is limited but there are neighborhoods where parallel parking is available if one is willing to walk a little bit. ”
“ This place has been on my list for the longest time and seeing how the weather has been colder lately, I decided it would be a perfect time to come and try it. When I first walked in here, I was a little confused. I thought this was the kind of place where you wait to be seated but I quickly realized it was not. You have to go order with a cashier and are then given a number to put at your table for your food to be brought to you. The cashier who helped me was really patient with me and explained to me what items are most recommended and popular. I find this always helps me to make a decision when eating somewhere new. I went with the Tonkotsu Ramen as he told me that it was one of the most ordered things there. I figure it is one of those items on the menu you can never go wrong ordering. I also ordered one of their potato tornadoes with Cajun seasoning, one of the items on the happy hour menu. Something I did not really like was that I had to pay extra to make it spicy. As someone who really loves eating spicy food, I have never encountered this before anywhere else, I feel like it's something that should be free of charge. The ramen, though not the biggest portion, was still not that bad. It had a lot of flavor and a fair amount of noodles, enough to leave me feeling satisfied and not hungry after the meal. What really stood out to me was the broth, it had a really unique flavor and I was glad I went with this option. The tornado was also really good; the potatoes were nice and crispy and seasoned perfectly, not bad for only 2$. As I sat and waited for my food, I noticed how busy this place is. There was a constant flow of people coming in to order for takeout and also to pick up for delivery. It was and felt quite packed as the workers hustled around the restaurant running food and preparing orders. Props to them. Also, whoever was playing music that night I was in there was playing some really good stuff. One thing I always enjoy is some good music when I sit down to have dinner at a restaurant. ”
